Return Policy

Any order purchased from www.rvwholesaledirect.net* can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund**. If we need to purchase the return label the cost of it will be taken out of your refund. Restocking fees may apply.
Please do the following before shipping:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the item(s) you are returning.
2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.
3. Indicate the reason for the return.
*Products purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, eBay, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.
**Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To request that an order be cancelled, please send us a message through the chat at the bottom right, email us at customerservice@rvwholesaledirect.net, or submit a message through the contact form below. Please include your reason for cancellation.

We may be unable to cancel orders that already have a tracking number associated with them, we will try to but they may have already left our warehouse.
​
Orders that must be cancelled at the fault of the customer will incur a 4% cancellation fee (e.g. If you placed an order for the wrong item we will apply the 4% fee to your refund). Orders that must be cancelled due to our error will incur no fee.

After a refund is issued, it will take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
